JOB DESCRIPTION
Processes customer transactions, within established guidelines. Identifies and meets any needs of our customers, either by completing the transaction within their authority or referring that person to the appropriate person in the Bank.
2-3 Years’ experience with MS Windows/Windows NT, and network management and support
Strong ability to troubleshoot
Ability to work independently
Customer Service Oriented
Possess sound organizational skills and attention to detail
Solid communication skills- both oral and written
Associate Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Networking or other related Information Systems field of study
JOB DESCRIPTION
ITS provides support for all internal applications and products. It assists employees with needs and requests for telephone/computer issues. ITS works closely with the Chief Data Officer and Managed Service Provider on IT matters. ITS also works closely with the Security Officer on alarms, monitoring software, and Disaster Recovery Plans. ITS is responsible for computer/telephone installations, relocations, and inventory.
