This individual will learn to provide service aligned with the Bank’s culture and mission, meeting the needs of all customers. They will train to analyze financial statements and credit applications for loan approval, prepare underwriting memos, and ensure collateral and documentation compliance. Responsibilities include preparing documents and assisting customers while undergoing hands-on training at various bank positions. Travel will be required for mandatory classes to complete the training.
