Effectively identifies and addresses customer needs, either by completing transactions within their authority or by referring customers to the appropriate bank representative. Assists with all aspects of lending, including documentation, filing, and communication. Front-line employee, who maintains a professional, energetic, and positive attitude to align with our company culture.
